Page Mix is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions or requests: support@pagemix.app.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, plan and credit history. We never see or store your card details.
• Generations: the page addresses you submit, the pages we make from them, and the AI processing cost of each.
• Themes: the Shopify theme files you upload, and the copies of them we build with your pages added. You can delete an uploaded theme at any time.
• Permission records: each time you start a generation, the time, your IP address and the version of the permission statement you confirmed.
• Reports: if someone reports a page, the report (including the reporter's name and email) and our decision.
• Technical: server logs (such as IP address and request times) kept for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

To provide the Service you signed up for and take payment (contract), to keep it secure, prevent abuse and handle complaints (legitimate interests), and to meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation). We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that process data for us: Stripe (payments), Fly.io (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing of the pages you submit) and Resend (account emails, if enabled). Some may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account we delete it and your generations, except billing records we must keep for tax purposes (usually 6 years) and complaint records, which we keep for up to 6 years in case of legal claims.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
